Hercules DJ Console RMX wont show up in input is there something i need to do other then hook it up to me computer? need help please

If you are using v6.1 trial http://www.virtualdj.com/download/trial.html , then you will need to upgrade your DJ Console drivers and firmware to the latest version.

I am trying to setup my Hercules console rmx with the virtual dj that comes with it. but I don't know where the serial number is located on the console

It can be found on the sleeve of the installation CD.

If you have lost this, please contact the manufacturer Hercules for advice: http://ts.hercules.com

If you have lost the serial number for VirtualDJ LE, then you will need to contact the manufacturer to retrieve it. Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/forums/151663/General_Discussion/Lost_Serials_-_VirtualDJ_LE_or_any_other_version.html
