Where are the Pitch Bend buttons + / -?

how are we supposed to bend?

you can create a pitch bend shortcut
 
This function is critical for beat matching. With the DAC2/DMC1 the inner jog wheel could be used for pitch bend and for scratching
 
Can you explain how to create a pitch bend keyboard shortcut.
 
From the Setup menu, choose Keyboard Shortcuts, Add, press your favorite key for bending, category turntable, sub-category nudge, value +/-64 (choose a value you like for the amount of bend), select desk, choose OK.

Done
 
wireless> with your XP10s, pitch bend is the outer wheel (turn the wheel without touching the middle)
 
You can also use arrows keys to "nudge" if you haven't changed theirs functions.
