Yes, this is correct for using the MixDeck as a hardware audio mixer, as it's intended.
However, most of the posts above are related to making the MixDeck's mixer control the appropriate knobs/faders of VirtualDJ's on-screen mixer.
This is not possible on the MixDeck because it has a real hardware mixer and does not send MIDI for the mixer section.
I.e: The crossfader can't be mapped to be used for video crossfading.
NOTE: Ultra-latency may cause problems for some users who's computers aren't optimised and/or are not able to cope with this.
