Topic: Problem with Cue LE, DMC2 & CM200USB

Hi!

Today i have tried the package for the first time after i bought it.
I have like the title said Numark CUE LE, DMC2 and CM200USB

now i have some problems, because i can only get one usb-channel to work, both in pre-listen and out from Master.
This is how it looks in sound setup:

What is wrong or have i connect the cables wrong ?

The USB's listed under "2 Cards" should be numbered, e.g. "USB 1" and "USB 2". It won't always be 1 & 2 though, sometimes it can be 13 & 14 or 6 & 7, but there should always be two different numbers. Sometimes unplugging and replugging the usb cables can help. Or try moving them around to different USB jacks. If you are using a hub it can be problematic as well. Never plug the DMC2 and both mixer usb's into a hub together, this is very troublesome. I have the DMC2 and the C3USB, which is the same mixer as yours, it's just the new name for it and a slightly different paint scheme on the board. I cannot use all 3 USB's plugged in the same hub. I always put the DMC2 directly into the computer and the 2 USB's for the mixer into the hub and it will work fabulously.

Also I noticed that you have the "Output" set on "Headphones", set it to "External Mixer" . This is why the soundcards are not being numbered properly. You don't need it set to "Headphones" because you will be using them on you mixer, not through your CUE LE program. This should solve your problem.

Whether or not you are using a hub, try what I outlined above and see if that helps.

Sorry about that wrong forum, please move it if you want!

Im not using a hub, in Cue im not able to choose External mixer, i tryied in VDJ and there i could choose it, but it still dont work, now i get both songs into same channel, i have tryied to move the usb at my computer, but it doesnt seems to help, this is how it looks in VDJ now.

What should i do ?
Is it something i have to update at my computer ?

Both songs come up in the same channel because your using the same card for both sides. In the drop down list are there any USB's listed with a number next to them? Such as "5 USB Audio Codec" and "6 USB Audio Codec".

No, i get only USB Audio Codec.
