Hello,
I am very new to VDJ and DJing in general, i downloaded a trial copy of virtual dj and i LOVE it! what i am trying to do is getting a song to start at a 4 beat loop and then gradually go down 2, 1, 1/2, until it sounds like a machine gun and then exit the loop on a really heavy beat/part of the song. I hear djs do it all the time in clubs and im trying to do it. I can get the loop to machine gun effect but i have problems with exiting on a really heavy part of the song. appreciate your help.

I guess as far as VDJ goes, it would probably be easiest for you to bind the loop out and a hot cue to the same key, that way you will exit the loop and be moved to whatever position you have cued.
Another way is to load the same track on the other deck and slam mix that part. For the sake of feeling that's probably what I would do.
