Default "Free" license
- The default free or "Home" licenses give you the right to install the software on your private computer and use it for personal use only.- "家庭版"许可证不允许将软件商用和赚钱，如有需求请购买"专业版"许可证。
授权 "专业版" 许可证
- "专业版"许可证允许进行专业使用；- 本许可证属于个人且不允许转让，一旦与你的邮箱关联，就不允许出售或转交他人。仅可鲜有地向宾客提供临时试用，允许每位用户在两台电脑上安装使用，但不允许两位不同的用户在同一时间两台电脑使用。
- 你不能租用或出售包含本软件的电脑或操作系统，也不允许出租或销售软件本身；
- 软件一旦激活费用将不予退还，除非联系Atomix技术支持人员证明本软件确有重大缺陷；
- 通过中文官网或软件内部购买许可证时表示您已同意此次交易，故不予退款。

通过勾选"我同意"表示你接受并遵守全部条款。如果不同意请立即点击"取消"并删除所有文件，不要安装和使用本软件。
1. 使用规则和限制
你将获得的许可权利:
- 最多可同时在四台计算机上安装该软件；
- 在同一时间同一地点仅允许每位用户最多在两台电脑上运行本软件。
明确禁止的违法行为:
- 租赁、出租、出售、外借、分发、转让、出版、捆绑和转授软件或任何软件部分；
- rent, lease, sell, lend or distribute hardware on which the Software is installed, unless specifically authorized by Atomix Development.
- 反编译、反向工程、拆解或以人类任何手段精简软件本身；
- 修改本软件或以本软件为基础衍生其它新产品。
禁止将本软件用于支付或补偿性质的活动（例如夜场、婚庆或派对作为DJ的报酬），或任何可以被视为商业用途的方式；在户外使用时"专业版"许可证仍然是有效和激活的。该许可证归私人所有且一旦使用将自动与用户关联，不允许转让、出租、出售或托付于他人。
2. 版权所有
The license only gives you limited rights to USE the Software. Atomix Development FZE ("Atomix Development") and its suppliers retain all rights, titles and interests, including all copyrights, in and to the Software and all copies thereof. All rights not specifically granted in this EULA, including International Copyrights, are reserved by Atomix Development and its suppliers.The license is granted to a single unique person, and, once used, is linked to this person, and cannot be transferred, leased, sold, or given to another person.
3. 版权保护
未经授权复制、发行、修改、出售、公共展示或使用授权保护的作品公开商演是侵犯著作权人权利的行为，作为与Atomix Productions达成的必要条件，你必须同意不使用本软件侵犯他人知识产权。
4. 软件保证
Atomix Development warrants that the media on which the Software is furnished, if any, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Atomix Development offers no warranty of performance, express or implied, with regard to the licensed software and all accompanying materials. Atomix Development further disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the licensed software and all accompanying materials.
5. 客户赔偿
Your exclusive remedy under the above limited warranty shall be, at Atomix Development option, either a full refund of the purchase price or correction of the defective software or media. Notice is hereby given however, that absent any defects, there will be no refunds issued on activated software.
6. 损害赔偿免责声明
You assume responsibility for, among other things, (i) the selection of the Licensed Software to achieve your intended results, (ii) the acquisition of other software (including any programming or operating system software) and/or equipment compatible with the Licensed Software, and (iii) the installation, use and results obtained from the Licensed Software. Further, for the express purpose of limiting the liability against Atomix Development, you agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, ATOMIX DEVELOPMENT SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE LICENSED SOFTWARE, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, EVEN IF ATOMIX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. 法律总则
本软件受美国和其它国家的版权法保护。如果本协议中的部分条款过期失效将通过新版本告知，其它条款依然保持有效。本协议受美国特拉华州法律管辖。
