has anyone had this problem that vdj doesnt allow all the effects that the ICDX has when playing cd's

Those effect only work when playing CDs. Never intended to work through VirtualDJ, it has it's own effects. This is the same for all the external table top controllers.

that sux only reason i bought saw it on the vdj hardware , guess ill return it for 500 bucks the scratch is is not good and now with out extra effects not worth havn when the wireless mouse can do alll that

Since your returning the iCDX I would suggest using the $500 dollars and purchase VDJ with it. VDJ works with a lot of different controllers.......

VDJ = VirtualDJ.....I was suggesting if you have 500 USD to invest 300USD and purchase VirtualDJ. VirtualDJ works with a wide range of controllers, and time codes.....
