new to DJing I am currently runing a yam 300 watt per side powered mixer to peavey pr 12's . I was considering adding a yam emx512 (500 watts per side. I was thinking the emx 512 would be a better power source for the pr 12's (rated at 400 rms) 8 ohm. then i wanted to bridge my yam 300 per side , (600 watts bridged) into a good subwoofer (possibly a peavey ps 118 or something similiar). any suggestions would be appreciated.
