Double Image
I have version 4.3 loaded on a backup laptop which I just got, but when I try to scan my Local Database, it immediately shuts down the program. Literally--it just ends the program immediately without saving any settings or data. Aside from this scanning issue, the setup appears to work fine.
The laptop is an HP with sufficient specs and running Vista. My primary laptop has been running the program flawlessly for 3+ years now and isn't remotely close to the specs of the new "backup"--so I'm pretty darn sure the hardware isn't the issue. I can only assume this problem has to do with a setting which I can't seem to diagnose. (I'm more than happy with 4.3, so I do not want to change to 5.x).
