Topic: 5.05 review and first video outing

ROCK SOLID!!!! Never had any issues with VDJ the entire weekend at the club.Charl1e f1ve talked about the settings for TCV, and 1200 sensitivity worked perfect!! I had it on relative mode and everything reacted perfectly. The pitch on the skin reacted to the pitch on my TT's. I did a set of 2hrs of VIDEO mixing at the club (VERY SPECIAL THANKS TO DJDERRICKE AND FUNKTURNAL FOR HELPING TAKE OFF AND GETTING EVERYTHING DIALED IN) It worked great, it was one of the bartenders B-day's and so at midnight we stopped the music completely and sang happy birthday to the bartender, at the end I had everyones attention, projector is on and I put my intro (put together by DJDERRICKE, THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN) AND STARTED THE VIDEO MIXING! The owner comes up to me after the second song, as was like "That is the coolest sh$% I have ever seen. It went pretty well, I just need to build my library more. But I really couldnt believe how smooth the system performed. O'h also thanks to Haz0rd for letting me borrow the HERCULES MK2! EXCITING STUFF GUYS!!!

So, what are you trying to say, this software actually works? You are sending the wrong message. This forum is for crying and bitching, not all this happy talk. What's up with giving all these other DJs credit for helping you out, don't you know DJs are selfish little pricks? You are to take all the credit from now on, and piss on those that help you. What DJ school did you go to? Another thing.....glad your party went so well.

Let me try this again=)........Ughhhhh, another unstable night! Couldnt get anything dialed all weekend. Charl1e Fi1ve doesnt know what he's talking about when it comes to setting up VDJ for TCV. The pitch was off the entire night. I tried to do a set but gave up after 2hrs of video mixing..No thanks to DJDerricke and Funkturnal, bunch of wannabe's. The owner came up to me and almost fired me. My system is wack!.....

Glad it's working for you, I'm still having some problems with mine but I decided to quit bitchin and find myself a solution. It's always nice to hear someone else is working fine. It rules out the possibility of the software being bad.

@ a MAn. Lately you've been acting weird. Are on some illicit brew you made at home?

Glad to see you were able to read between the lines. Your happy post was actually a welcome sight. This forum also illustrates that we can help each other, and are not all egomaniacs. Well, I'm better than everyone on here, but keep that to yourself.

C'mon, you've been here long enough to understand my style by now.
 
I knew AMAHM was going respond this way... I laught when I saw he was first to respond.
 
I have been having great success with the newest virtual DJ, I had 2 gigs last week that it did not have a single problem. My music is staying analyzed, with the help of this forum, I just need to tweak it so I can use the video. Good to hear someone else has had good expieriences!!!!!!!!!

You see what you started, another happy post. The next thing you know, it will be a f@#$ing VDJ lovefest. People will start hugging and kissing, jumping up and down, yelling about how great this software is. What are you guys trying to do, sell a few more copies? Well, I've had enough of this sweet post. I'm going to find me a whinning, crying post, from a guy using a bad crack, who wants to know why the software is not working.

AMAHM, you think I can sell this script to Disney???

Here's my pitch.....The story of how a DJ who believed in the goodness of human nature set out to change the world. VDJ THE MOVIE is a wondrous and moving musical about DAGUIRRE10, a DJ in a TX town who has bought VDJ PRO and has a chance to be a top DJ in the area but is not computer savy, and is really stupid when it comes to computer stuff. He searches the net In his search to answers and comes across the VDJ forum. In there, Daguirre10 comes across some interesting characters that help him along the way. VDJ THE MOVIE is a heart felt story for the whole family, staring Daguirre10 as The Good looking DJ, dj-in-norway as the guy with all the answers, A Man and His Music as the guy who is sarcastic as hell, but has the heart of Gold, and funkturnal as the drunken guy on the web demonstrating VDJ Video...


What do you think?
 
OH, believe me, this software has made me pull my hair out in the past, and by the to hell with all of you!!!!!!!!! LOL.
 
I just threw up on my console. I'm in a gentlemen's club, one of the dancers is touching my mic, and you actually mentioned Disney. I look down and say "I'm sorry honey, but this guy just mentioned Disney, you'll have to come back in 20 minutes". I knew this happy stuff was gonna get out of hand. Did you just say "goodness of human nature set out to change the world"? I just threw up again.

I'm happy to hear of your success! (Charlie Five is fine, you don't need the 1's) I use the exact same settings, also in relative mode and am glad that they helped you out. Video 4-5 hours a night 3 or 4 nights a week, NO PROBLEMS! The only issues that I am still having are with the F'in Virtual Folders. Keep moving forward, build your video collection and do all video sets. Triple your earnings and get some high profile gigs. I have drastically increased my worth, status, and paygrade since moving to all video.
 
Sorry to add to all the monocany but I also have had some of my problems fix with the database in this new version 5.0 rev5. I didnt get the memo and was gonna complain and saw there was a update downloaded it and was in shock at the results. So thanks to the members and the staff of virtual DJ for such great support.
