Try a bag pipe march.

Just kidding.

Actually just play an upbeat nice song if they don;t want tradidional stuff.

Very funny Marcel, Guys, any other suggestions.

Wind Beneath My Wings Bette Midler (I can't begin to tell you how painful it was to type that...I f**king hate that song) chics dig it..

I can recomend Reflections of Passion by Yanni, also Ave Maria by Kenny G.

DJ MSK

Queen- Another one bites the dust

Great suggestions guys, hopefully I will get a few more, then I plan on letting her choose the song

Did they want something funny or serious? I think the whole queen thing would be funny, and the wedding party should laugh at that.

I would say serious

I had to play "somewhere over the rainbow" by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole for a client for the bridal party or was it for the bride? can't remember.. lol

Had to?? I love that song..I end every event with it..

I've had a bridesmaid request Beyonce - Crazy in Love (Edited with No rap) for her aisle walk. That was seriously weird.

I think "Time of my life" would be a funny/cool suggestion. Starts off with the slow build up....

Meja - It's All About The Money
;)

Shania twain - You're still the one or Shania twain duet with Elton john - Looks Like we made it :D

Just suggestion..;)

play the "stripper song" should get a response one way or the other...lol

Tayla

I made a suggestion to the couple about playing "walking on sunshine" while intoducing the bridal party and they loved it.
Good luck

For a processional

Time in a bottle - Croche (short though)
Unchained Melody - Richeous Brothers
I've used Somewhere over the rainbow/Wonderful world also
Wedding Song, Songbird, Forever in love - Kenny G

More for bride

So In Love - All 4 One (acapella)
Can't help fallin in love- Elvis
Isn't she lovely - Stevie (faster and hard to march to but I used it once for the bride who wanted something peppy)
You are so beautiful to me

uuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhh good suggestions ...... don't be afraid to leave behind the beaten track and be a little different .....sometimes for a client that thinks they are such a hipster , if you recommend an old classical piece for processional , etc they like that cuz they don't usually hear that for a recommendation .... they get stereotyped ........ just a little reverse psychology i guess ....

Teary ..... you must give good wedding ........

I did an intro once where the bridal party all wore sunglasses and "strutted their stuff" to Green Onions hehehe! It went over really well, and everyone had a good laugh...It's really subjective in the end. I suppose it depends how serious they want to be about it ;)

yep....lol i played Hair once cuz the groom was balding , and he and everybody really had a big laugh .... that was a " gasp " spur of the moment game time decision on my part ...... tailor or is it tayla ? yer choices to the hapless schmucks ...er , i mean happy couple , and yer instincts will probably take you to the right places .....

edit if any of you guys have the old platinum series lots of perfectly good stuff there , esp on the discs with the lower numbers ?? i think like 14 or so ......

i know people use 'em for wedding and cocktail .... for me , they're not good enough for cocktail ....... i refuse to have the cocktail tunes be dull safe or boring
