Hey guys, I'm going to do Videos first time in a club this Saturday!! I talk to the owner and all of the staff everyone is hyped up about this!!! Ok but I'm not going to actually start the videos until midnight or so...What I want to do is make a video, but with the old school counter (Remember the ones that come on black and white and do the countdown before the movie), and put my DJ name once its goes to 0. Anyways any idea on how I can get this together? How can I make this a possible...I really want to put on a show for this place.

this can be done in less than 2 minutes using sony vegas.
start a new project, go to media generator, add your text
for each second (use the timeline to mark where each second should go)
add your name/logo at the end, maybe through an effect on it.
then render.
very simple if you have the software.

That is sweet! But one thing, I can't flip the bill on that software right now.. Now here is the new question, anyone think they might be able to make this for me as a favor??? PLEASE!!!!! Do it for the good of VDJ. The VDJ God's will reward you! That would be soooo sweet to start off with.

I have the countdown video (complete with audio.). PM me and we can get this going. I should be able to put it together for you and upload it to my website. I'm gigging right now, but when I get home I should be able to hook it up very quickly. Just let me know how you want you name to look.
