Topic: Where is Norway when you want him. - Page: 1

Me and a few mates are planning a fishing trip early next year, one of the places that came up and i think we all agree on is Norway. I was thinking, as DJ in Norway comes from that neck of the woods, if he had any good advice on where to go in his Kingdom.

Jimmy, Norway would suggest his club where he works......but thats a different kind of fishing.....

Norway is paradise for fishing... that be real fish or cute blondes ;)

What kind of fishing ?

If you want to do seafishing, and get a glimpse of something authentic of how life was back in the days, go to north of Norway:

If you are not that into being "back to old school", go somewhere south-west, where things are more modern ;)

And if you are into more sportsfishing & river fishing, thats where the oportunities go crazy... you can go almost everywhere..

The western part of Norway, is where things are really "fairytale-ish" when it comes to those huge fjords, impressive nature and such.
And I'd advice you to go there if you want something real nice ;)

There are loads of these breath taking mountain spots here



But I'm quite chicken, and far away from the above spots, walking around in a big city, and the craziest thing I do is to drink 5 tequilas in a row..

Do you end up rideing the electric floor buffer after 10 or more shots of tequila too?

hehe ;) Well not too much of a hero when it comes to tequilas either.. usually end up barking at the floor, after a couple... lol
 
And if you wonder how most get down from those breath taking mountains above, you probably get my reason for staying put... right here, with my tequila :)

i'm sorry ... i don't have an older brother ..... didn't mean to make a thread killer remark ..... it's just Norway said far too familiar ..... well , anytime that you imply that something happened a lot , also means it could have happened over a long stretch of time ..... means you/ it might be old .... so since that couldn't have anything to do with me ..... i musta heard it from my older brother .......see ?

usually you have to travel vast expanses to encounter pretzel logic like that ........
