Topic: Does this Effect exist

I'm looking for an effect. I'm looking to loop out but when I scratch. So say I just do a slight baby scratch, have the program loop out the baby scratch, and not loop out the actual beat of the song. Does that make sense. I already have the loop out i think it's 2.01. But if I try to do what I'm talking about, it goes back to the beat.
