Topic: Random Video Transition - any help?

Hey all,

I'm using Virtual Vinyl and I've had no luck here - it says on the plugin page that it works with numark cue, but every time I load this effect I get "No video transition found. Verify that the video transitions are in .pluginsvideotransition."

When I go to my VV folder, there they are, right in the pluginsvideotransition folder. I've tried this plugin with both 4.3 and 5.0, same result. Any ideas?

In case it matters, I'm running a Dell XPS M1710, Core 2 duo 2 ghz, 2 gigs RAM, Geforce Go 7950 GTX 512 mb video card.

Did you use to have VDJ on there? it might be looking in the Virtual DJ folder instead of Cue's folder.
 
If your refering to the new version video randomizer... I did the same thing last night... but later realized that it should be placed in the video affects folder...
 
Currently the plugin doesn't find the video transitions in sub-folders, maybe it's your problem
 
Yeah, I used to have VDJ, but I went in an deleted the VDJ folders both in program files and in my documents. I thought that might be the problem but it isn't :/

None of the plugins are in subfolders, they are just in the plugins/videotransition which is where the program says it isn't finding them. This plugin works just fine with VDJ 5.0 on the same computer, so I'm not sure what to do. Thanks for all your help so far though!
