Hey all
I'm not exactly sure what happened here, but I installed the 'full install' of VDJ 5,and now its asking me for my serial number.
Firstly, I don't even know where my serial is, I've checked all my emails and everything, can't seem to find it. (typical of me).
Second, I was under the impression that an upgrade doesn't require you to put in your serial again?
If it helps, my 4.3 was in a folder called 'VirtualDJ V4', and the 'new' VDJ installed to 'VirtualDJ' with hardly anything in it.
So, to try help, I started a fresh install, temporarily deleting the "V4" folder. That didn't help.
I tried installing V5 into the same folder as 4.3, same thing there too. (after renaming the 4.3 exe).
If this is normal, then OK, my bad.
Must I contact support if I need my serial back? Or is something wrong here?
