wat up ppls ... i jus hav a quik question....is there a way i can set my playlist for an entire nite and keep it in that specific order that way i dont spend valuable time lookin for da next song i wanna play? i personally find it a bit easier if i have everything in front of me

Yes you can by using Virtual Folders or Sidelist or playlist....
But the DJ should mix, not computer ;)
 
i do the mixing, i would jus have a preset list
 
You can create playlists in WinAMP. VDJ can read those playlists. I've used this process. It allows me to create a playlist that I BELIEVE will be good, and during the mix process I can tweak it.

You can make a playlist in VDJ and save it. Example "dinner (date)". When you get to
the gig open vdj and open te playlist folder. Then choose the one you created for that
evening. and move it into the playlist (far right). Good to go
 
thanks for da ideas guys. what i decided was that i am gonna creat virtual folders before each gig and i'll make adjustments as the nite goes on.
