Topic: multi instance skin & MK2

i recently just bought MK2 and i have a stanton mixer as well.... can I use the multi instance with the mk2? if so, how should I hook up the MK2 and my mixer?? sorry im all new to this

yes u can,, n it best u look at skyfxl blog on how to hook up the mixer :)
 
you can use the mk2 to control one instance only

but it should work to play all 4 decks

connect it all up like this



ignore the turntables if you dont wish to use them

each line represents a dual phono cable

in vdj choose

input : none
output : external mixer
card : mk2
channels : 1/2 left 3/4 right

and on the mk2 software on advanced tick "external mixer"

and your good to go :)

Oppsy,, sorri.. i meant this phase that i stated, its for the mk2 n external mixer.. sorry my bad if it cause confusion:) Should say it clearly.. n i just reread the original post and found out that what i say could misleading....

And yes,, mk2 could control 4 deck by opening 2 application of the software.

what i meant by opening 2 application is only using the mk2 itself to control,,haha,, i think i stop here. really worn out these few days.. :(.. need to recharge.................
