A suggestion to create an optional line (by default use the
name of xml) or parameter of "Skin" in the header of XML,
where a user can specify the location of .bmp image to be
used. For example:

include several different .xml files with different resolutions
or modes, without the need to duplicate the .bmp to match
the name of .xml, thus reducing .zip file size.
