Just got my Numark Total Control and
There is a sudle but distict poppin when it turn certain numbs and faders and wheels? im running a core 2 duo 2.2 ghz with 2 gigs of ram with stock laptop soundcard.

Need to change the performance settings - put a check in the SafeMode option on the Config-> Performance tab

Cstoll is there even performance settings in Cue LE?? I thought it was vdj 3.4.

Cue LE is v4.x -- the VDJ LE that comes with the Herc controllers are v3.4

It's not per say the computer as much as it is the sound chip on the MOBO.

You should use some better external sound card like Maya 44 USB or Sound Blaster Live 5.1 USB.

That will be far better that your built in sound chip.

BIG BIG thing to remember with any USB sound card is for every use you must make sure you plug it into the same USB port each time -- else the system will want to install the drivers everytime if you consistently change the USB port.

So, pick a port install it on that port and always use that port for that device.

But you will love the GigaPort - I have one!
