Here is my system
Gateway MT6451 Notebook PC - AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-50 1.6GHz, 802.11g Wireless, 1GB DDR2, 120GB HDD, Dual Layer DVD RW, 15.4" WXGA, Windows xp
Do you think it could do video? with no problems if not what would i need?

It's not up to the task, it uses main ram and it is basic video card for office use.
You will need something like ATI 1700 or Nvidia 7600GT/8600GT with it's own dedicated ram memory (DDR3 recommended).
