I had a Maya 44 usb and sold it because it makes alot of electrical noises. Now i have a M-Audio
Conncetiv audio interface and its very easy to hook up. You can conncet your turntable grounds to it and it also has an option power supply hookup if you dont want to use your usb from the laptop to power up the interface. The interface can be eisly hooked up into a 2 channel mixer instead of 4 like the serato. The serato uses 4 because line 1 & 2 is time code and 3 & 4 is the thru to pay records. On the M-audio. You only need a 2 channel mixer because all you do is turn the big knob to the left and that is now your thru to play records. They sell thye interface alone if you dont want it with the vinyl. I have it set up and it works sweet
