The ability to set video aspect output format (e.g. 4:3 / 16:9) and have all videos output to this format in a 1:1 ratio (meaning that it is not stretched horizontally or vertically)

From what I understand that will not do what I am requesting.
Is it automatic? i.e. Does it auto-resize each video played according to it's dimensions and your required screen format? From posts already made on this subject I get the impression this tool is a manual adjustment of the video. Please correct me if I'm wrong though! Hopefully I have explained my request well enough to see a manual 'best guess' solution that would need to be set on each video played that does not have the same ratio in dimentions as the last is not appropriate.

it will resize the screen yes to your desired size thats its purpose
