Hi, i'm new here, Portuguese user of virtualdj, and glad for doing it, it help me to make a dream come true, mixing.
I own an mkII that do not yet registrate i´m doing it soon.
My firts questio is: my mkII is plug im mine laptop by is usb connection, i don't have de alimentation font, could be better if i had one, some times my pc crashes a little bit, coulçd this be one of the reasons.
By the way a portuguese forum is out of the question?

Olá Gary e namorada.
O meu Ingles nao é sem duvida dos melhores, o que eu queria dizer era "fonte de alimentaçao" isto é a minha MKII nao esta a ser alimentada directamente á electicidade, estando a ser alimentada atraves da ligaçao usb ao portatil, está portanto a consumir energia ao pc, a minha duvida alguns dos crashes q por vezes acontecem nao sendo exclusivamente devido a esta ligaçao, mas se poderá ser uma das razoes. Espero ter sido mais explicito desta vez.
Obrigado Gary por te disponibilizares a ajudar, e tambem à tua namorada que se nao está a traduzir, pelo menos ensinou-te o portugues.

Ok guys, I'm not sure of the answer to this question, but i'll translate. If anyone can answer leave your reply and i'll translate it back.
Basically, this guy is using a MKII and the problem is his laptop sometimes crashes. What he wants to know is could it be because the MKII is USB powered and taking too much power from the laptop? I don't have any experience with a MKII so i'm not sure about the answer.
Please keep the answers simple and on topic as to help with the translation

I bought virtual DJ and I’m having some trouble with Vista. I'm getting 2 pop up's: MA003 dmn "save failed" and "this driver blocked due to compatiblity issues".
Also cross fade seems to not be consistant. I set it for slow and it go fast.
Most important is if I hook up to my mixer on channel "4" (rS2) red on red, white on white. I get go volumn on one channel and fuzzy volumn on the other. If I split it I get good volumn on both, but need to control volumn from each channel volumn control and only get out put to one XLR speaker out. (new mixer) (works same on old)
Previous XP old laptop headphones out to one channel on mixer controlled both sides of software.
New Fujitsu due core T7200, 2 meg ram 400 Gig Hd
