Topic: buttons not active

i tried everything, i have the latest drivers and firmware and the buttons still don't work in any software
also in the game controller properties (control pannel)i see my dj console but i don't see the buttons light when i press them on the console.
anyone got an idea?

Your problem could come from the hacked version you were previously using. Please contact e service to help you. e-service
