Topic: SINCE UPDATEING TO 4.3 VDJ CAN CLOSE

i don't know if anyone geting this probelm every time i try to close out of VDJ it will not close hung up my pc

I am having all kinds of issues with the program crashing and everything. I thought that software was supposed to get better with Updates. Who dropped the ball here ? ?? ? Features were not addressed, they were taken away.! ! what's up with that ? !?! ?! !? Now, I can't get the newer version to load the visuals..... grrrrrr.. someone really needs to pull things together ! ! ! !! ! !
 
backup your shortcuts and database 1st but you might want to try deleting VDJ completely off (including reg entries) and starting with a fresh install.

NoizZ your issues could be related to a million things, why not post your problems and include your hardware/pc specs and config/settings used so someone can help you.
 
toshiba satellite 1.6ghz pentium4 512mm of ram xp home sp2 now it's closeing but now it won't load songs it take so long to load a song i went to the store and came back and still loading a 4mints song,i'll try a fresh install and see what's up with VDJ version 4.3 i hope they r not makeing this software too hungry for ram and cpu
 
I would update your ram to at least 1 Gig. I run my systems with 2 Gig.
 
that's the max the laptop can take 512 the software should not give all this problem like loading a song may be they need to take this out in the software where the songs has to load,i try everything put it on always also on none and still giveing problem to load songs
