Saturday night I recorded an entire show, as a lot of other things were going on besides DJ'ing as well.
I uses a Sony Digicam and 30 minute minidisks. When I got home I "Finalized" five disks. A little process to go thru to allow playback of the disks on a home DVD player.
Two of the memorex minidisks showed up as a "disk error" while trying to playback.
Probably happened during the finalize process. Does anyone know much about these type of problems with minidisk finalization and can anyone steer me in a direction where I may be able to restore these lost files on the minidisks? What format do these minidisks put their files in?
I've tried several demos of restore programs and cannot seem to locate any files other than a "Track one".
Does this thing happen more often than it should? Are these minidisks that fussy upon finalizing?
