i have a dell laptop and have 4.2 version and i play music through internal mixer but my question is how do i play music from one channel and listen to the other on my headphones, as i have noticed that i have to mix live is there any way i could listen music from the right channel on my head phones and play the left channel live, by the way i have a phono lead going to the external mixer and single lead going to the headphones socket on my laptop to play the music any help is appreciated.

Look at the Config - Sound Card options - your answer is there.
Output - Headphones
SoundCard - Mono Seperated
Output channels - Master (LIVE) Left channel // Headphones Right channel
Output - Headphones
SoundCard - Mono Seperated
Output channels - Master (LIVE) Left channel // Headphones Right channel

I dic try that option but the problem is when you are playing it live on that option it only plays on the live on the left channel on the left speaker and right channel on the right speker not on both speakers.
