i have toshiba tecra A7 and for soundcard maya ex7,the laptop i have it only for use of virual dj and nothing else.when playing music there is an annoying skrits skrats when im searching for songs.i tried to update the drivers and i changed the performances to the lowest with unclick overclook and safe mode.i tried also with the laptop soundcard and i had exactly the same problem.with my old laptop which is must older technology i have absolutely no problem with the same soundcard and the performances to almost full,.anyone had the same problem or any idea to help me.

Could be a memory issue, i had the same problem, and when i upgraded the memory it was fine, think you need at least 512 Ram , just a suggestion though .

i dont think is that because i have 1024 ram.the problem is that i have a party at a club on suterday and i cant play like this.

i have tried almost every setting in the performances.
i have also tried the minimum performances with auto and still the same.even with the laptop soundcard had the same problem.

ok i found a temporary way to not have problem.maybe someone will know now how to fix it.i select my laptop soundcard as primary.then i close virtual.i go to control panel and erase the laptop soundcard.after i start virtual,it tells me there is no primary driver.i choose maya.and everything is ok it works perfect with overclock clicked.no skrits skrats no nothing.if i close virtual and start it over again.without changing anything.i have the same skrits skrats problem.
anybody understand how to fix it?because i cannot trust all this situation to play at a club.and every time to do all this so to work just for once,because if virtual will close then i have to do everything from the beggining

can you explain to me how to fix it through bios?because i dont have the option to change the irq from the control panel.
tomorow i have a party what to do?try to fix it?or uninstall the laptop soundcard and then select maya?it works with overvloclock clicked and sometimes i have to click safe mode too,because during the song i might hear some skrats without touching anything.
