Hi, some of my BPM's in the brower window have an * next to them and some do not. What does this mean?

i think this means that it is an estimated figure or an average

The manual of VDJ 3.4 mentions that when there's a *, the song has a very pronounced beat, and that you probably want to mix it with the tempo. (page 5)
