I just connect CDJ with timecode CD to VDJ. Time code quality is 100%, but jogwheel work only in nudge mode.

If your using CDJs which don't support 'scratch mode' (i.e the 100's and 200's), then they wont scratch in timecode mode (as it's not possible).

As Bagpuss stated, using timecode will not make NEW features for your CD decks.
It will work AS your CD decks already do...
So, for scratching, you do need a CD deck that has scratch support, such as CDJ 800 CDJ 1000 Denon 3500 etc
