Don't use peteslive feed. There is a camera plugin that is part of the 4.x install.

The camera plugin is still flawed and needs fixing, if you use anything other than a webcam, ie a camcorder through USB or firewire you get awfull lines in the pic. This is my major moan with vdj at the moment

I am having the same problem, as previous post, I have narrowed it down to the software, creating lines thru the feed, I have changed everthing but the software, is thier any known fix, it would be nice, I now have to return the usb dv import box I bought. As least now that i have looked around and seen that it is not my fault. i will check back if thier is a fix. thx

I can't get my camera to show at all in VDJ. It will configure, but not show up on VDJ. I try to push the "activate" button, and it won't even click. I can view the "Device" (under the affects menu), but not the "Source" or "Format" buttons. The camera is a camcorder hooked up through a video input card.
