I have an PCMCIA USB Card and trying to connect the Hercules MK2 but i think it cant give the power that it needs. my on board usb doens not work. is there anything that i can do to have this running.please help

You can try power the Hercules directly (power cable) or indirectly by connecting it to a powered USB2 hub.
Both a pretty cheap, and can be bought at local radio stores ;)
