From November 2005 my MK2 unit was functioning perfectly upon until yesterday I got prompted to update the firmware, which I found a lily bit strange but I still proceeded. I held down the 3 buttons and from I did that, shizzzzzz, the darn thing stop working. All that happenes now is upon plugging the USB, all buttons stays litted and the unit is not seen in windows, when I execute VDJ, it doesnt see the unit...
Now, could someone explain to me WHAT THE FCUK HAS HAPPENED HERE. This thing was working perfectly, ask me for an update which I followed, then in the end, its malfunctioning. As a matter of fact initially when I connected it to my PC, it was working PERFECTLY as I heard the windows startup theme, then it prompted me...HEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLP !!!

Sorry to hear, but I think the best thing to do is contact Hercules from their website.
