Since I calculated all my bpm myself in the past, if I add my count into vdj will it use my calculations or will it just try to recalculate it again?

If you edit the BPM's in VDJ, it should stay there until you force VDJ to re-analyze a file.

Thanks, I was just wondering if vdj would still be able to sync and lock if I just entered my own bpm's.

yes...
but remember to align CBG to fit under the beats... or looping/mixing can go wrong... even use of samples :)
if you are a perfectionist, make the BIG cbg aligned to first beat of each measure... (the first beat of the song, have a BIG cbg)
