Hi,
I've been using atomix mp3 for quite a while and I recently updated to virtual DJ. So here's my question, actually there are two:
1. Is it possible to display the VU meters after gain/level is applied ? Right now I can do it by using the xml tag "beat" but it seems to be the VU meter BEFORE gain/level is applied not after !!!
2. Is it possible to display a VU meter of the master (final) mix (the wavesound that actually goes to the soundcard) ?
Thanks,
David

I'm not sure if this is possible. As I understand the VDJ way of displaying VU, it is just a 1 pixel resolution of the current wave form (which looks like going up/down depending on amplitude). So it is more of a visual effect than a helpful instrument.
If I'm wrong, please correct me.
But anyway, if the features mentioned in d_berthelot's post are not yet supported, I do believe it would be helpful to implement them in a future version.

You're right it's nothing else than you said, just another kind of "graphic wavform" showing you the moment you're earing.
I agree too it must be implemented.
