I've already tryed to contact the technical support to solve my problem but nobody is reading my message since yesterday!!
Could you please provide to advice somebody to read thechnical support requests?
I'm still unable to use the program after having purchased and downloaded it yesterday.

did you check your mail ? or the folder that you make ?

Hi, just checking here to see if there was/is a usual response time on questions - I'm just keen to get playing :)

I've checked my mail and my folder and it still says unread atm

any thoughts on timescales?

they will read it as fast as they can..
But dont check e-mail, but your folder. Your answer will be found there... as soon as the team have time to read ;)

The timescale is as quoted

I know myself its a pain waiting and waiting but in the end its worth it :o)

it is worth the wait ;)

and its your own fault! ;) u have been a bad boy.. thats why ..... ;) a cracked version is the reason for this...

so, the team will try to help u as soon as they can..
the software works fine, but the cracked one, makes a mess... so takes time

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to why VDJ might not be connecting to the internet? I have tried loads of times to correct my protection error 48 with my firewalls off and following the procedures that support have given me but to no avail... I use 'zone alarm' as my firewall and it alerts me when any program tries to connect to the internet and also logs any attempts - if I leave it running whilst trying to register and correct my problems it appears that VDJ doesnt even try to connect - there are no logs of attempted connections or alerts of any kind? any suggestions would be gratefully recieved!
 
try reinstall, so that it will connect to internet again

be sure that you actually checked to be certain that your windows XP firewall is disabled!! And don't rely on zone alarm to ask you for permission. At some point you may have told it to always take the same action when this program tries to access the internet. Actually exit, shut down zone alarm.
