no it doesnt ive tried it in all ways icould think of
 
Yeah I made a mistake sorry. Not sure what I did, I'm certain I saw it only skipping half a beat from the visual display but when I tried again later nothing. I think I must have been using nudge instead by mistake. As a temporary work around, if the bpm of your track is less than 100, you can x2 it and then when you skip a beat it will really only be half a beat. Although half beat skips should be implemented.
