Topic: Mic Plugin Problems

Hi there, I've downloaded both mic plugins on the website but can't get either to work.

"Mic_Ctrl v1.2" says "Error, can't mute on"

and "microphone control" says "Error of mizerGetLineControl() in InitMicMuteMixer() of mixer.cpp" and then "Error of InitMicMuteMixer() in GetMicMute() of mixer.cpp".

Has anyone got any idea how to solve this? I'm new to the software and will be using it properly for the first time tomorrow (thurs) night, so it would be great to be able to use the mic!

It means the plugins are not compatible with your sound card for microphone concerning the option mute
Select the one in Windows directly (recording part in audio devices property) as our plugins use the same thing
 
sorry i don't quite get what you mean...can i still use the microphone then?
 
yes go directly in the Windows XP mixer
 
Hi can any1 help me i cant use talk over on my dj control mp3 box
 
Mine says da same Error, can't mute on... But it still lowers the sound... But i can hear myself when i speak... Dont kno if is bcuz my mic is built in...
