Yestarday I was playing VDJ and one of the songs played very low. When I checked it out, I found that the window which shows the gain level was blank. I tried to load the song onto the other deck and the same results.
ANyone ever had this happen to them or have any suggestions?

Check your FAME settings under the config panel and ensure that you have 'Auto Gain' set to 'Always 0' or 'Always Match'. If it's set to 'Disabled' then i think you would have this problem.
If this doesn't work, let us know...although I'm not sure you would have this kind of problem any other way. Hope this helps.

Gain is set to always match. Tried other songs after that one and everything is okay. Except fot the one title.

Can you try re-ripping the track??? It may have been a problem when this was done originally or something wrong with the analysis of the song.
I think there's a program you can use if it's an .mp3 track that actually sets the gain level when ripping. Check out this thread: http://www.virtualdj.com/forums/12712/General_Discussion/mp3_gain.html?highlight=gain%20level

Found the song again. Deleted it and re ripped. Okay now.
