Topic: HELP - installation fails

just bougth today DJ CONTROL MP3 (Hercules) with Virtual DJ included. The softwarer installs but then gives an error message : "PROTECTION ERROR 4 PLEASE CONTACT --@--.--"
I cannot do anything at all with my console nor with my software. This is a legal version which I bought today in a store in Belgium !!!!!

HOW DO YOU INSTALL THE TRIAL VERSION
 
 
i downloaded a trial but it fails to open. this is the message that appears;

UNABLE TO LOCATE COMPONENT
this application has failed to start because d3d9.dll was not found.

please help me, i am really despearate to use this software
