192.168.* is not routable on the Internet. If you are trying get people to hear your mix, you're gonna need to use your external IP and probably need to do some firewall work or port forwarding as well.

Sound Blaster PCI 128, isn't a 4.1 sound card. It is not possible to use this card with a mixer.
Use another soundcard. Italian Forum don't help you?
You need a register full version of VDJ and another sound card to do what you want.
Il PCI 128 di SoundBlaster, non è un sound card 4.1. Non è possibile usare questa scheda con un miscelatore. Usi un altro soundcard. Il Forum italiano non li aiuta?
