Seriously.



A purchased product that after 3 days later still hasn't been downloaded to me.

5 attempts in email.

2 attempts in message control.


I really mean NO disrespect but so far this support team is TERRIBLE or ASLEEP.
If they are asleep, "I'll try to be more quiet".

There is certainly a reason for that. e-service is in general really fast

I really don't know why this issues are happening. I purchase my product and download it in the same day in 5 min. I receive in 3 min the emails. Everything was really fast.

I think the only way to go is e-service. Sorry for the inconvinience...

I purchased my product online as well and had it in minutes. The official support system can be bogged down at times due to LOTS of users and multiple languages. This forum is the best place to get answers. Lots of users eager to lend a helping hand if you have problems. Let us know specifics and we'll be happy to offer advice. Also, try the forums at djchat.com They are good, although somewhat censored.
DJ Cyder is a terrific resource--very knowledgable about VDJ and computers in general.
 
Hmm, after purchase i got e-mail in less than 5 minutes with my serial and download link.

When i wanted to redownload a month later it took about 6 hours so i think it's acceptable.
