Lol, i was thinkin to introduce a Ambient-Chillout room in a disco, for permit drunked people to sleep instead of drive cars and kill others.

i atually think that is a good idea, but not very probable, i think that the clubs should just include a free like shuttle service or something , i dont no... i no where i live, the leave the busses running super late now, apparently its helped alot

The problem is, when do you finally kick the drunks out? When they sober up? Some of them never do.
Next step would be to open a soup kitchen and start collecting government funding as a shelter.
Very nice idea, but it would quickly grow out of hand.
