I have 2 sound cards, a Soundblaster live 5.1 Digital Series ad a soundblaster Live! Value.
I have them both working, after a bit of fiddling but i have 2 questions.
#1. The sound on the earphones is really low. I mean REALLY low. Its audable but at a party (where myself and a mate use atomix every saturday night) its really hard to hear. Anyway of fixing this easily? Headphones arent the greatest, but they should be fine for this......
#2. Tinny sound coming from the headphones. The Audio from the above headphones is kinda tinny and it doesnt skip, but seems like it 'almost' does. I know this isnt the best description, BUT its the easiest way to explain it - however when checked, the beats match EXACTLY to the output. Could this be the soundcard not able to handle the headphones and skipping milliseconds of tracks to keep in time with the output ?
