When I downloaded the full version of Atomix. It shows up as a Netscape html page. When I open it all it shows is text file with codes. How can I solve this problem. The update site will not let me try to download it again.

I have 1.12 version, tried to update to 2.2 it says not a valid version. how is that. It says if i can update it even if i have 1.12 and above.

i'm logged on but i cant remember my serial number to get the latest version of atomix. When i tried to update my version, it says i'm not using a registered verson. help me out with this.
