Topic: Can't download effects from website

I've tried and tried. nothing happens. By the way, what's up with the "select" thing and the 5, 10, or 25 choices? What does that mean? Help!

Only registred users are be able to download or submit addons.

How do i download effects if i'm a registered user?
 
You must edit your profile and enter your serial number in the field.
 
how do i download skins
 
You must be a registered user to download skins, plugins, ...
