Topic: Does anyone get....

annoyed when you log in on a topic page i.e like this....and after you post a reply you are not logged in anymore?

Lads, could this be modified so that you only log in once?

I've had no problems at all, maybe you have the cookies option disabled
 
Damn you're right, I'm the anonymous up there. LoL
 
I mean that:

1: I enter a topic to see what the craic is

2: I login cos I want to add my 32cents worth

3: type reply and post

4: topic reappears with my reply added...........but I am no longer logged in!

cookie prob? think not....could be wrong

Must be something over on your side, I never log in and never have to enter a password. I have used the remember my log and pass option and it works great !!
 
I'm not referring to that option...I don't use it.....why?..just!

If you log in on a visit to the website, once should suffice.

all you have to do is click the "Remember my login/ password on this computer" once and it'll work!
 
but I don't want to do that.
 
well thats just plain lazy! its just one click of the mouse!
 
There could be other reasons though. I don't want to do that either because I mostly visit the forum at work and lots of people have access to my PC, the last thing I want is them coming here and posting messages under my name!
 
And..... just to let you know, it didn't log me out after posting!
