I use the full version in hardware mode. But then the bass kill function don't work. I use a external mixer without any such functions. Is there any program or plugin that could do such a function???

Wait for 2.1, where the software EQ's work with an external mixer. I'm using it and let's just say you'll all be very impressed with the AtomixTeam.

Click with your right mouse button on the eq knob (the bass, the treble or the mid, they have all a kill feature).
