I have personnaly answered more than 200 mails yesterday and today (no one remaining) so you must have made an error
To download Atomixmp3 2.0 you need to create a login on our forums. then add your email adress in your profile.
Go on the download page
Click on the bottom of the page on "Update"
Click on "Send me my serial"
Add it to your forum's profile
Click one more time on Update.
Enjoy :)

I did send it to service@atomixmp3.com.
I think our new email service is having problems.
Regardless, I followed your instructions, and logged in and
got the serial # and update.
